Il piacere di scoprire l’Italia

Alla scoperta di Roma con i euro

Da qualche giorno anche il Tevere, come la Senna e il Tamigi, e solca-

to da battelli. E cosi, spendendo 1 euro e in soli 45 minuti, e possibile godersi una Roma diversa, quella che si specchia nelle acque del fiume. I tre battelli di linea, tutti i giorni dalle 7.30 alle 20, salpano dal Ponte Duca D’Aosta.

L’arcipelago della Maddalena

Caprera fa parte dell’arcipelago della Maddalena, all’estremita nord-orientale della Sardegna. Collegata all’isola madre da un ponte, e stata dichiarata riserva naturale. Si puo raggiungere la Maddalena grazie ai traghetti che partono ogni giorno dal porto di Palau. La Maddalena e collegata anche con Santa Teresa di Gallura.

Laghi

Oltre ai numerosissimi laghi d’alta quota di cui e costellata la bergamasca, ci sono due laghi, uno dei quali condiviso con la provincia di Brescia: il lago d’Iseo e il lago d’Endine. Il lago d’Iseo e situato allo sbocco della valle Camonica. Al centro del lago si trova Monti-sola che e la piu grande isola lacustre europea affiancata dalle due isolette di Loreto e San Paolo. Un servizio di navigazione giornaliero offre la possibilita di gite organizzate.

Marche e Umbria: natura intatta e fatata

A cavallo tra le Marche e l’Umbria, avvolti da un’atmosfera carica di mistero e alimentata da antiche leggende, si trovano i monti Sibillini. Diventati Parco Nazionale nel 1993, sono monti aspri e selvaggi, ma regalano anche scorci da fiaba, soprattutto lungo il versante collinare, che scende verso l’Adriatico.

also why is tumblr so elitist about reading like it’s seriously really annoying when people act like they’re so much better than other people because they read a lot and they read quickly. i don’t do either of those things. does that mean im not cool enough or something???

Not reading quickly I understand, because you might have dyslexia or English isn’t your first language…but, *BUT* not reading a lot I don’t understand. If you can’t afford books, there is the public library. There’s many lifetimes of free stuff to read online. Reading is cheaper than going to the movies or just about any other recreational activity. If you don’t know what to read, practically everyone has an opinion on what’s good and what’s bad, so just ask someone for a recommendation (you don’t have to read the whole book if you hate it). If you don’t think you have the time, you can still read shorter books, short story collections, or just read in snippets (I’m hard pressed to name friends or family members who haven’t read books enitrely in the bathroom over days or weeks). If you don’t like fiction, read non-fiction. If you prefer images, read graphic novels or comicbooks. Reading is a fantasic activity where you can enter a world apart from your own, leave your own life and problems for awhile, and like all art, literature helps you better understand yourself and others. To me, reading is as necessary as breathing, so If you say you don’t read a lot, then I can only assume that you got turned off on reading by some traumatic event (i.e. a horrible English teacher), or have not yet discovered a book that sparked your imagination. And that’s not uncool, just tragic.
